OUR
HISTORY

FOUNDATION

SAB was founded in 1994 by Stefano Baiardi as a company for the development and production of blades and accessories in composite material for RC helicopters.

SABHELI

In 2010 Stefano met Enrico Bernabei, an engineer passionate about RC helicopters, and together in 2013 they founded the new Sab Heli Division S.R.L. a company dedicated to the design, development and production of entire RC helicopters in composite materials and related accessories. Thanks to this, SAB soon became the world leader in the sector with its main product, the Goblin helicopter.

SABFOIL

Since 2015, SAB has entered the water sports market by adding the new SABFOIL brand, with which it develops and produces high quality carbon fiber hydrofoils completely made in Italy, at the San Mauro Pascoli headquarters. SABFOIL is increasingly recognized as one of the best brands in this field.

SABAVIO

In parallel with SABHELI items, our passion has led us to develop high performance RC airplanes with fascinating designs appreciated by our fans, able to make evolutions and record speed.

SABROBOTIX

In 2021 Sab Heli Division S.R.L.  that now became SAB GROUP S.R.L., and founded a new division: SABROBOTIX. This brand deals with high-tech products such as drones, and its aim is to link the knowledge in the world of mechanics and composite materials, of which SAB is already an expert, with the newest technologies available on the market.

 
 
 
 
 
OUR CERTIFICATIONS

SAB GROUP factory, located in San Mauro Pascoli (Italy) embraces the philosophy of industry 4.0, which means faster, more efficient and more flexible production through smart connected systems. Furthermore, from December 2021 we are also certified ISO 9001 (click here to download the certification).

Our adoption of the most advanced construction technologies and the best materials, together with the desire to constantly innovate, led us to be a leader in the market in our fields of interest.

All our products are created using only top quality composite materials and mechanical components, purchased from authorized and certified retailers.

ADVANCED TECHNOLOGY

Today, all our products are designed by means of certified CAD softwares, virtually prototyped with FEA and finally tested by trusted professional athletes to ensure maximum quality, performance and reliability to our customers.

Every day we try to improve our processes, in order to guarantee our customers products of the highest quality. To do this, we always try to keep up with the times with the introduction of machines such as anthropomorphic robots, CNC machines, presses, ovens and so on.

​

PREVENTION
